The Behavioral Health System (BHS) offers counseling services for substance abuse, spousal disputes and family issues. The BHS offers youth outreach programs at local schools, and sponsors in-house and community activity programs.

This building contains a director's office, 3 counselor's offices, a conference room, a wellness room with exercise equipment, a work room for copying documents, a reception area with waiting room and a kitchen. A healing circle is located just outside the main entrance, which faces east. The colors and materials selected for the exterior of the building were chosen to complement the surrounding landscape.
